In such circumstances additional fare charges may have to be paid by you and/or your itinerary may need to be changed to comply with either the fare rule and/or availability of seats. You acknowledge that some of the material accessible through the Service is provided by third parties. This material does not form part of the Service, and we are not responsible for this material. Where the Service provides the facility to enter into transactions with third parties, you acknowledge that the goods or services offered by these third parties do not form part of the Service, and that we are not responsible for those third parties or the goods or services they offer. Airlines and other third party travel providers impose different terms and conditions on the sale of specific travel products featured on this site. You should carefully read all the terms and conditions specific to the product you are booking before finalising your travel transaction.

Use of the Website

ser(s)/You may use this website only, when user (you) warrant that.

  • User must at least 18 years of age;
  • User must possess the legal authority to build a binding legal obligation;

Cancel and Refund

Please note that, all of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages and service fees are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable. But if User(s) own Trip protection insurance and not commenced travel yet, user(s) are eligible for refundable process within 10 days of purchase. For this, user(s) will need to contact our customer service center for cancellation. We may only accept refund request for the subsequent conditions given below:

  • The fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds
  • User not a "no show" and
  • Our ability to secure waivers from Travel Service Provider(s).

Fare Changes

User(s) agree that booking/ reservation done through this Site are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable Travel Service Provider(s). All booking(s)/reservation(s) are not guaranteed until ticketed. In certain cases, even after the confirmation of a reservation, the fare may change as revised by the Travel Service Provider. We will notify you of any fare changes and never retain any responsibility - financial or otherwise for any such fare changes. We cannot honour the price that was originally listed by the Travel Service Provider. All we can do is notify you of the new fare and allow you to either cancel or still purchase the products/service(s) at the new cost. We will not charge any fees for cancelling such a booking or reservation.
